My Results for 2010 Whirlpool Ironman 70.3 Steelhead

Here are my results for 2010 Steelhead Half Ironman.

My goal was to finish between 6-7 hours. I finished the 70.3 mile triathlon in 5 hours 41 minutes and 5 seconds. I'm really proud of my time.
The swim:
I got off course a little at the beginning. Once I got in my grove and back on track I felt good. I made sure I was hitting all the buoys.
The bike:
I felt strong. I never went all out. All the people on the fancy bikes passed me. I felt like a pro at the water bottle exchange. Chucking my old water bottles and getting new bottles without stopping was quite a experience.
The Run:
My garmin crapped out on me. So I used my bike computer to stick with my 5 minute run to 1 minute run intervals.

I gotta go. My laptop battery is about to die. Below is my results. I'll go into more details laters.
